The coaching is different from consulting. It is not focused on past problems or on finding their solutions. Instead, the attention is focused on future and on actions. The process starts from the present situation and the set target is reached via concrete actions.
Team coaching helps clarifying each participant's goals and motivation, knowing being that a team of confused and frustrated members don’t have remarkable results. A Coach monitor the team dynamics, suggests ways for joint action improvement and models to focus all attention on the desired results.
